Ras Al Khaimah has officially launched the People Hub, a dedicated training centre aimed at equipping Emirati talent and residents with future-ready skills aligned with the emirate's economic diversification goals. The initiative, announced by the RAK Government, forms part of the broader RAK Vision 2030 strategy to build a knowledge-based economy. The centre will offer programmes in digital transformation, advanced manufacturing, hospitality excellence, and green economy sectors, developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, RAK Academy, and leading private companies. His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, emphasised that investing in human capital is the cornerstone of sustainable development. The first cohort of trainees is expected to begin in Q4 2026, with a target of upskilling 5,000 individuals within the first year.
